1. All cabinets are flush front construction with intersection
of vertical and horizontal case members in same plane without overlap. 2. Case openings are rabbetted on all four sides for both hinged and sliding doors to provide a dust resistant case. 3. Service access panels are easily removed from back panels. 4. Each cabinet is fabricated with a 4" high by 3" deep toe space. 5. Each corner is fitted with a 12-gauge gusset for leveling bolts. |
Doors
and Drawers: |
1. Fronts: Each door and drawer is double wall construction and
filled with sound deadening honeycomb. 2. Each door has two removable stainless steel hinges with nylon roller catch. 3. Drawer bodies are made in one-piece construction including the bottom, tow sides, back and front. 4. Slides are full extension, zinc plated ball bearing with load rating capacity of 100 lbs. 5. Each door and drawer is provided with rubber bumpers. |
Shelves: |
The shelves have formed down 1” on front and back. All shelves
are supported with stainless steel clips, adjustable in 1/2" increments. |
Finish: |
All exposed welds ground smooth and polished to match the adjacent #4 satin mill finish. |
